Server will stop during backups

This application does not support live backups, so it will be stopped and restarted when this backup runs to ensure backup integrity. Once the files are prepared, the application will be started again and compression will occur in the background. Enable "Backup While Running" below to override this for a single backup.

This application does not support live backups, but "Backup While Running" is enabled for this backup. Taking a backup while it is running can produce a corrupt or unusable backup with no warning. Any issues resulting from backups taken in this state are not supported. Disable it unless you fully understand the risk.
